Net foreign purchases of long-term US securities were $69.8 billion in March

Net foreign purchases of long-term domestic securities were $89.2 billion, $1.6 billion of which were net purchases by foreign official institutions and $87.6 billion of which were net purchases by private foreign investors, U.S. Treasury reported today. U.S. residents purchased a net $19.4 billion in foreign issued securities.
