MySpace tops YouTube with 20% of the 7.2 billion video streams across the Web

MySpace in July, according to a new video report from comScore Media
Metrix (as reported by Bambi Francisco at MarketWatch.com).
Yahoo was No.2 with 812 million video streams while YouTube ranks No. 3, having generated 649 million video streams in July. MySpace accounts for 20% of the 7.2 billion video streams across the Web. Online video accounts for roughly 2% of all online advertising.
Others among the top 10 most popular video sites include Time Warner at No. 4 with 258 million streams, ROO Group (a video syndication company with such shows as Alpha Mom TV) at No.5 with 186 million video streams. Microsoft followed at No.6 with 156 million videos streamed. Its also interesting to note that 3 out of 5 Internet users are watching online videos, typically twice a day.
