India Adds 6.6 million Mobile Users in Oct; Total Tops 130 million
India
has added 6.6 million new mobile subscribers in October to reach a total
of 130 million subscribers, according to
according to data released by trade associations Cellular Operators
Association of India (COAI) and AUSPI, as reported
in Business Standard.Total GSM based cellular subscribers reached 96 million, while the CDMA-based mobile user base accounted for 33 million at the end of October.
