55% Online Teens Use Social Networks; 85% MySApace Vs. 7% Facebook: Pew Internet
Some
55% of all online American teens ages 12-17 use online social networking
sites, according to a new survey of teenagers conducted by the Pew
Internet & American Life Project. The survey also finds that older
teens, particularly girls, are more likely to use these sites.

In
the last six months from June 2006 to December 2006, the market share of
visits to Google Calendar jumped a whopping 333%, at the expense of its
main competitors, Yahoo! Calendar and MSN Calendar, according to recent
Hitwise data.
